Ali Hardiman

Ali Hardiman is an Irish actor and writer. She was named by the Mail on Sunday as “One to Watch,” where she was also featured as “the next Sharon Horgan,” and included in The Sunday Times’ “30 Under 30.”

As a writer, Ali has several television projects in development, including Knock Off (Keeper Pictures), Sister Wives (Treasure Entertainment) and The Assistant (Firebird Pictures). Ali received Screen Ireland Focus Short funding for That’s So Feis, in which she also stars. The film premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Galway Film Fleadh in 2026.

As an actor, Ali plays Leona in Benidorm is Murder for Channel 5 (coming July 2026) and series regular Orla in These Sacred Vows (RTÉ) and. She played Bethany-May Denbrough in both seasons of Wreck (BBC/Hulu). Other credits include Borderline, Christmas at Castle Hart, Harry Wild, Finding Joy, The South Westerlies, Walled City Passion, Blasts from the Past and the Abbey Theatre’s Fighting Words.
