Emily is perhaps best known for her role as spirited zombie ‘Amy Dyer’ in BBC 3’s BAFTA winning series In The Flesh. In recent years she has played Leonard’s love interest, ‘Hilary’, in Grantchester, and Martin Clunes’ therapist in Doc Martin. Other significant TV roles include ‘Mary Fairbrother’ in A Casual Vacancy, ‘Salit’ in The Ark & a range of roles in comedies such as Uncle, I Live With Models, Cumbo, The Thick of It and Phoneshop. Film credits include Breathe, Williams, The Carer, Crow, The Last Sparks of Sundown, Dawn of the Deaf and St Trinians. She has just completed a national tour of the world premiere of Alice Sebold’s much loved novel, The Lovely Bones, playing Abigail Salmon.
